I have come across this photo of me at the beginning of Innergy in 1996. It looked a bit bare compared to now.

    What a great photo! The cool colours of you, the walls, ceilings, carpet and mats with the warm glow coming from the alcove. Not surprising that the wonderful mozaic yogi should now hold that glowing space. Shiva & Shakti .

    Who was the woman that you started Innergy with? Where is she now?

    It was a very happy time. Full of determination to make it work. A teacher called Louise Grime helped me to teach classes. An Iyengar teacher.
