    I'm really excited about the creative retreat to mix yoga, painting, dance, singing with philosophical discussions and a satsang is my idea of heaven. We are already building the Devon branch of your creative centre.

    The spiritual aspect involves a Conscious living. Yoga addresses spirituality by empowering, through the 8 limbs:yamas, niyamas, asanas, pranayama, pratihara, dharana, dyana and nirvana, the awareness of an I-ness or Soul or Spirit. Spirituality is, therefore, the path to the Essential Self.
